- Interfere with platform systems
Services apply only to reviews explicitly submitted by the client.
2. Eligibility
By using our services, you confirm that:
- You are authorized to act on behalf of the business
- The information you provide is accurate
- You agree to comply with platform rules
3. No-Win No-Fee Model
- Payment is due only if a review is successfully removed
- Fees are charged per removed review
- No refunds apply once a review is removed
4. Authorized Representation
You authorize Trustario to act as your agent when submitting disputes and appeals to Google or other platforms.
5. Client Conduct
You agree not to:
- Interfere with review disputes
- Contact reviewers during active cases
- Engage in review manipulation
- Hire competing agencies simultaneously
Violation may result in termination of services.
6. Payments & Chargebacks
You authorize Trustario to:
- Store payment details securely
- Charge your card after successful removal
You agree not to initiate chargebacks for valid removals.
7. Reinstatements & Future Reviews
Trustario is not responsible for:
- Reposted or new reviews
- Google reinstatements
- Algorithmic changes
If reinstatement occurs, Trustario may re-file once at no cost. Refunds do not apply.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website is the property of Trustario and may not be copied without permission.
9. Termination
Trustario reserves the right to terminate service for:
- False information
- Abuse
- Illegal requests
- Policy violations
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
